About Wildlife Reimagined

At Wildlife Reimagined our mission is to educate, inspire and reconnect people with nature so they will want to love, respect and preserve our incredible wildlife and the habitats they live in. We do this in 3 ways:

  1. Wildlife Education Programs: We bring our animals to you! Our fun, interactive and 'hands on' programs can be catered to suit various ages and special events.
  2. Wildlife Safaris: Our once in a lifetime safaris will get you up close to some amazing wildlife in their natural habitat. If one of our set safaris isn't for you, get in touch with us and we will custom design a safari to target the animals you want to see.
  3. Wildlife Conservation Glasses: These glasses are specially designed and handcrafted. For each glass sold, we will plant a local native tree in the Yass Valley, where we are based. This will help to increase vital habitat for local woodland birds, which are on the decline.

With over 30 years' experience, our wildlife educators will get you passionate about wildlife.

Our Wildlife Educators

Brendan

Brendan has been in the zoo industry for over 20 years. During this time, he has worked at the Australian Reptile Park, Alice Springs Desert Park and the National Zoo and Aquarium.  Brendan has worked with a variety of species such as small carnivores and hoofstock. However, his passion lies with native mammals and birds.

His love and passion for the great outdoors and bird/mammal/reptile watching has seen him travel the world in search of wildlife and he has shared this passion with several guests on our wildlife safaris. Some of his favourite wildlife encounters are seeing Palm Cockatoos in Cape York, spotlighting for White-lipped Vipers on Komodo Island and trekking for Red Panda's in remote parts of Nepal.

Brendan is passionate about wildlife conservation and loves educating people about the world's unique wildlife.

Rachael

Rachael has been in the zoo industry for over 13 years. After completing a Bachelor of Applied Science with Honours at Charles Sturt University she decided to become more involved in conservation and education.

Rachael is passionate about travel and the outdoors and has been extremely fortunate to visit some of the world's most iconic wildlife destinations and witness some amazing wildlife interactions with highlights including trekking for Orangutans and Siamangs in the forests of Sumatra.
